		<description>Awesome Bill,

I love your employee vs entrepreneur posts. I think failure or success starts and stops right here as you mentioned.

Cheers,

<description>You hit the nail right on the head again. Once you have the mentality that you want to work for yourself there is no stopping most people. They will even suffer just to have the privilege of working for themselves... I am a case in point. :) :)

		<description>Hey Linus,
Fortunately or unfortunately, when the mind is in gear, you have to record what it keeps spitting out. It&#039;s rally strange how you can get &quot;zoned in&quot; and everything works. Unfortunately, sometimes the reverse happens also.

Thanks for the comments and for stopping by. Your time and effort are appreciated.

		<description>Hey John,
Thanks for stopping by and commenting.

You should congratulate yourself on helping someone break the &quot;employee&quot; mold. It&#039;s tough to do ... but well worth the benefits when you get there. Many people that are struggling never get the assistance to break the mold.

		<description>Hey Carlos,
I agree. Breaking the &quot;employee&quot; mindset is indeed difficult to do. As you state, personal development is almost always the key to the breakout.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I appreciate the time.

		<description>Palte,

Getting to the point that you can look at yourself as an entrepreneur instead of an employee is key - and all plays into your mindset.

Great mindset posts the last few weeks Palte. Keep on spewing what&#039;s on your mind brother!

		<description>Bill,

Great Post. I completely agree. I have helped one of my closest friends break the employee mentality and once it finally happened for him, he never looked back. Once they are in the mindset, the thought of working for someone else is quite horrifying.

I have to agree with you on this one.Once people leave the employee mentality that&#039;s when their business starts heading in the right direction.Sometimes it takes some personal development to get the mind shifting in the right direction.</description>
