You hit the nail right on the head again. Once you have the mentality that you want to work for yourself there is no stopping most people. They will even suffer just to have the privilege of working for themselves… I am a case in point.

Fortunately or unfortunately, when the mind is in gear, you have to record what it keeps spitting out. It’s rally strange how you can get “zoned in” and everything works. Unfortunately, sometimes the reverse happens also.

You should congratulate yourself on helping someone break the “employee” mold. It’s tough to do … but well worth the benefits when you get there. Many people that are struggling never get the assistance to break the mold.

Great Post. I completely agree. I have helped one of my closest friends break the employee mentality and once it finally happened for him, he never looked back. Once they are in the mindset, the thought of working for someone else is quite horrifying.
